Comicon 2006 part 2

Autographs from Marshall Rogers, who I managed to fawn over without embarrassing myself, and Jose Luis Garcia Lopez, who I think I did sound like a crazy fangirl instead of the mature woman I usually pretend to be. *sigh*

Hey, don't worry about it. Everybody gets to cut lose at a convention every now and then.

  2. Oh, I'm not worried. It's just that for once, I'd like to sound like an intelligent person, someone the "celebrity" would enjoy having a real conversation with. ;)

How old is Marshall Rogers? I remember loving his Batman when I was a kid - and remembering why when I read his mini this past year...I hope he does more soon.

  4. I don't know how old Marshall Rogers is, but he appeared to be in the 50-60 years-old range, maybe closer to 60. I'm not a good judge of age.

I know I can be all gushy and smily and still -- you'll see my fangirl posts soon. I met Colleen Doran, Dale Eaglesham and saw Rags again.

  6. I met Colleen Doran years ago at a WorldCon. She was very nice. There was a crowd at her table at Comicon so I didn't bother trying to see her. I don't know Dale Eaglesham's work, and Rags wasn't there whenever I walked by, darn it. I would've loved to have met him.
